The Kid's Culinary Camp is settled in Northern
Vermont Farmland. The Camp farmhouse was originally built in 1811. In 2006, Chef Kelly commissioned a
major remodeling program and built a large commercial kitchen ideal for teaching Culinary Arts at the
Highgate, Vermont campus. From there the Camp expanded considerably over each year adding facilities
and new curriculum. In 2010 we are kicking off our all New State of the Art Bake shop and Pastry Arts program.The facilities include:
- A full commercial kitchen with a new oriental cook station. Highgate Campus
- Baking & Pastry Arts Bake shop
- Male and female dormitory rooms on separate floors
- An integrated greenhouse and aquaponics facility
- A large square foot garden and teaching open area
- A berry and culinary herb garden
- A shitake mushroom growing facility
- Beekeeping teaching area
- A composting plot
