Kids Culinary Camp is perfect for your child. Kids Culinary Camp is a residential summer cooking camp in rural VT offering one and two-week sessions where kids 10 and up learn a variety of cooking skills in a fun atmosphere with other kids who like to cook.

The Kids Culinary Academy of Vermont has now expanded its curriculum with an all new Bakeshop.One week sessions are available in just Baking and Pastry Arts. Imagine your child coming back from summer camp with skills like menu planning, bread and pastry baking, beef and poultry cooking, vegetable cookery, seafood, garnishes, utensil skills, kitchen hygiene and healthy eating habits. Founded in 1996 by Chef Kelly Q.Dietrich, the kid's summer cooking camp became so popular that they needed to develop a residential program for their many repeat visitors. And it's not all cooking. Your camper will enjoy many activities including visits to local attractions, some are purely recreational while others are oriented to culinary arts. Students may elect to visit nearby Montreal Canada to experience local markets and culture.
